01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j9bd ("j9bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at j9bd.app. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the j9bd service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the j9bd platform and close your account. Continued use of j9bd following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English and governed by the laws applicable to j9bd's operating jurisdiction. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version prevails in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to j9bd and participation in any betting or casino activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j9bd strictly enforces an 18+ policy without exception. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held will be returned after deducting any bonuses received.
• You must be accessing j9bd from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether participating in online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of j9bd or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All j9bd accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from j9bd or any associated platform.

j9bd reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage of a player's account lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use j9bd's full range of betting and casino services, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and mobile number. You must not use a false identity, misrepresent your age, or register using another person's details.

Each person is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j9bd login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account access with any third party. j9bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login details.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify j9bd immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. j9bd may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

j9bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry-standard responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash/Nagad account ownership)
• Source of funds declaration for high-value transactions

Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion. j9bd aims to process all KYC submissions within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

j9bd does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bank transfer fees) are outside j9bd's control and are the player's responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your j9bd wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically instantly for bKash and Nagad transactions. j9bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All funds deposited into your j9bd account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one (1) hour of submission and most are completed in under 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to six (1–6) hours during standard business hours.

Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on your account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. j9bd may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on j9bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no USD-denominated accounts, no currency conversion fees, and no foreign exchange charges. The amount you deposit is the exact amount credited to your wallet.

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

j9bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, daily cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL season, and BPL fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the terms applicable to that bonus. j9bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have partially fulfilled the requirements of an active promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most j9bd bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.

• Wagers placed on games with an RTP above 96% may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 20%) towards meeting wagering requirements.
• Bets placed on sports markets with combined odds below 1.50 (evens) may not count towards sports bonus wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.

5.3 Daily Cashback

j9bd's daily cashback programme credits 10% of net losses back to eligible players' accounts each morning by 10:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Cashback is calculated on net losses from the previous calendar day and is credited as bonus funds subject to a standard wagering requirement. Players must have an active account in good standing to qualify. j9bd reserves the right to adjust the cashback percentage, eligibility criteria, or processing schedule at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

j9bd employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus, placing opposing bets on the same market to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("bonus arbing"), and using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, j9bd reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

As a registered player on j9bd, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You must promptly notify j9bd of any change to your personal details, including your contact email address or mobile number, to ensure account communications remain accurate.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j9bd and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential legal referral:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one player account
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the j9bd platform in an unauthorised manner
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform infrastructure
• Engaging in money laundering, placement of criminal proceeds, or any activity designed to obscure the origin of funds
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any game where collusion could confer an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on j9bd
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing j9bd staff or other platform users
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction applied to your account

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the j9bd platform — including but not limited to the j9bd logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, database structures, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of j9bd or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the j9bd platform solely for your personal, recreational gambling activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any j9bd content without written permission
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any j9bd software or game
• Creating derivative works based on j9bd branding, design, or content
• Using j9bd's name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written consent

All game content is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Respective intellectual property rights in those games remain with their original studios. j9bd makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

You may close your j9bd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with a clear written request. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including problem gambling — please inform our support team when making the request. j9bd's responsible gaming team will handle your closure with priority and without any pressure to reconsider. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by j9bd

j9bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
• Identification of a player as under 18 years of age
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account)
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction

Where an account is closed by j9bd for reasons other than proven fraud or Terms breach, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any bonus balances. Where closure follows a finding of fraud or material Terms breach, j9bd may withhold funds pending investigation and legal assessment.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. j9bd will notify you at your registered email address before applying a dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month to cover maintenance costs. Once the withdrawable balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.
